TURNING SOLUTIONS

  • Reynolda Manufacturing Solutions turning capabilities are broad reaching. We specialize in complex precision turned parts. We are able to turn parts as small as 1/16 or as large as 20” in diameter.

  • We use GibbsCAM to help maximize productivity and enable us to turn complex parts for our customers.

  • We turn a large variety of material; stainless, brass, titanium, hastelloy, low lead brass, and more. We also do hard turning and have grinding capabilities for tighter tolerances.

MILLING SOLUTIONS

  • We use the latest in Autocad and Mastercam software to help us speed the process of manufacturing. Whether it's a prototype or production run, our machines are fully capable. We have a variety of late model horizontal, vertical, and Prototrak milling machines. They are equipped with pallet changing, live 4th axis, high speed tooling, and 360 degree rotational axis.

GRINDING SOLUTIONS

  • We have a variety of surface grinders that allow us to grind parts up to 40” long. We are able to cylindrically grind up to 10” in diameter and 24” long. Our tool and cutter grinders allow us to hold tight tolerances. Our grinding machines are equipped to handle a variety of materials including carbide.

WIRE EDM

Electrical Discharge Machining

  • Reynolda Manufacturing Solutions offers high quality and fast Wire EDM services. Reynolda Wire machines are setup for small production runs, tooling, and specialty gages. Using the latest in CAD/CAM software, we can produce tight tolerance parts on our EDM machines.
